Finding new activities for local groups of Young Mensans is often challenging for Gifted Youth Coordinators. Sponsored by the Mensa Foundation, we provide a selection of lesson and activity plans that our GYCs can utilize at the local level. These plans can be scaled up or down depending on number of attendees, desired level of complexity, etc.
- 2. Year of Living Poetically
Take the inspirational challenge of our "Year of Living Poetically." If you memorize just one poem a month, in one year you will have 12 powerful poems that will be yours forever! Of course we include memorization tips, background information and activities that will make your efforts fun and, well, memorable.
- 3. Just for kids!
In addition to our activity and lesson plans, we're developing activities just for kids, no parents needed! Kids of all ages can increase their chances to learn new things with the help of these ongoing activities.
