ARLINGTON, TEXAS – Show us you’re Brilliant America! Take the Mensa Admission Test this October. As Mensa International celebrates its 65th Brilliant Anniversary, hundreds of local test sessions are occurring across the United States, hoping to identify the six million brilliant Americans who qualify for the high IQ organization.

More than 2,000 Mensa members and guests from the world over will be heading out west to Portland, Ore. for the biggest American Mensa event of the year! Mensa members come from all walks of life, but they all have one thing in common—high intelligence and for one week they gather to share and expand that common bond.
- 3. Locate your test scores
American Mensa accepts the results of about 200 standardized intelligence tests as qualifying evidence for membership. If you’ve taken any of these tests in the past and scored in the top 2 percent, you don't need to qualify again on another test. Tracking down your test scores is fairly simple.
- 4. Dues
Get information on American Mensa's dues rates, membership renewal procedures, additional family discounts, life dues, and discounts and prorations.
- 5. Refer a friend
Do you know someone who is Mensa smart? This is your opportunity to invite them to experience Mensa.
- 6. Submit qualifying testing
Prospective members can apply by submitting evidence of scores from prior intelligence testing. Many people find this a quick and easy way to qualify for Mensa membership.
- 7. Pay your member dues
Joining is easy. Once you've qualified for membership, you only need to pay your first year's dues to become a member of Mensa!
