Information Technology Developer
Collin Ticer serves as the IT Developer, maintaining the work environment for the staff, including general maintenance and repair of workstations, printers and peripherals. Additionally, he assists with hosting issues for more than 100 group websites, including troubleshooting, setting up and maintaining group hosting, and helping with email aliasing.
He provides support for members-only access to the American Mensa website. In addition to handling monthly distribution processing, Collin provides ad-hoc information requests for our officers and groups and assists with development and support projects internally and for our websites.
Collin joined Mensa after working as a system technician at a tech support company in Arlington, Texas, and has a history of solid customer service skills.
