Sweet Carolina RG 2022

To Infinity and Beyond!
Join us for our upcoming Sweet Carolina Regional Gathering, November 4-6, 2022, at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Charlotte Uptown. Guest speakers will present on aerospace engineering, cybersecurity, mining asteroid mining. We’re still looking for speakers, if you’d like to present! We’re planning to enhance the games room with specified times to play certain games, so that you don’t have to worry about finding partners to play your favorite game. We could potentially also have a debate room. If you can’t make it to the AG, the RG is like a mini-AG – a lot of fun, good food, and good people. It’s our mission to ensure everyone who attends leaves happy and looking forward to our next RG!

Registration rates are Adult
Full weekend - $100 through June 30th; $110 from July 1st through Oct 1st; $125 after Oct 1st

Kids
0-5 years old - Free; 6-10 years old - $40; 11-17 years old - $70; Meals included are Friday dinner and Saturday lunch and dinner. A hot, cooked breakfast is also included each morning for attendees staying at the hotel.
