Leadership Development Workshops

Beyond the value of motivating and educating, development opportunities encourage volunteer leaders to stick with us and, perhaps, take on more responsibility. Each region is encouraged to hold at least one leadership event per year. Funding for annual LDWs is available if Regional Vice Chairs follow guidelines and provide solid, useful training plans to develop local leaders.
