Additional Information:
1. You must purchase a voucher prior to entering this test session. We cannot take payment on site.

2. Space is limited. Please respond to the Testing Coordinator to reserve your spot and receive email updates.

3. Meet in the library's conference room.

4. All testers must bring a photo ID that includes birthdate.
4a. This includes minors between the ages of 14 and 18. Minors must also have a parent or legal guardian present who can sign a consent form.

5. We cannot test minors under the age of 14.
