Those aged 14-17 must have signed parental consent form, available at the test session. Applicants under 14 may submit prior evidence to apply for membership in Mensa. These tests are solely for the purpose of qualifying to join American Mensa; no IQ score or other test result will be given. Must present photo ID with date of birth at the test session. 2 tests will be given; you need only pass one test to qualify for membership. Test fee is $60, payable by check, VISA, MC, or AMEX, no cash please. No calculators; pencils and scratch paper will be provided.
